Phase 1

Requirements survey, design brief and space planning

• Identify your current and future needs through an initial meeting.
• Briefing with key members of your company to ensure all areas are covered.
• Drafting of initial layout options.
• Preparation of 3D visuals for easy understanding of the concept design.
• Revision of layout with client approval.

Phase 2

Design, documentation and costing

• Preparation of all CAD plans, including existing conditions, demolition, propose layouts, fire services, mechanical, electrical, IT and ceiling plans.
• Development of detailed joinery drawings, finishes schedules, mood boards and furniture assessments.
• Costing of all works and preparation of workflow diagrams and timelines that include critical path analysis and project programme charts, to ensure the rapid completion of works.
• Fixed price agreement with InWerks.
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and building owners to start works.
