Managing
Your Priorities
Overview
Interior projects often require the skills and experience of a number of key professionals. On every project a director will supervise and manage the entire project, with the help of a small team of back-up staff.
The team is experienced at working together, ensuring that the project is managed effectively, from obtaining and interpreting the initial brief, through to its implementation on site.
Project Director
A Project Director is appointed to every job, and will have overall responsibility for interpreting requirements and providing the best solution to proceed with. They will remain in constant contact with all members of the team during the construction stage, from the initial costing stages through to client handover and occupation.
